What if I fail...

"What if I fail..." Sometimes I ask this to myself. So, there is self-questioning answering. I know you want me to tell the answer to this. But before that lets understand failure.

What is failure?

See the definition of failure vary with person and situations. "You set the line between your success and failure." So, let's understand this, you worked very hard for this marathon, and you set a goal to be in top 10 athletes. But you came 11th. So, you think that's a failure. And on the other hand, someone eyes only to complete the marathon. So now for that person failure is only if he/she leaves the race before finish line. See this doesn't mean that you should not aim for bigger. You are one who acknowledge your inner strength. So, aim what your inner strength tells you. In all "failure is just a state of mind when you can't meet your own expectation."

Why you question yourself for failing?

This not many people realize. There is no harm to have such a question. But you must also know why you are having such thought in first place. that is important. This might have endless reasons. I'll be listing some common ones.

1. Confidence: If you lack confidence then you can't help yourself much. No self-confidence means no self-belief and that leads to self-questioning. If you have work hard , why worry? Just go ahead.

2. Unprepared: Fully prepared is very idealistic thing to get , right? But believe what you have prepared and back yourself.

3. Mindset: Everything happens twice in life.

Yes, you read it right. Good or bad, success or setback happens twice. First in your mind and then in reality.

I think this say enough how mindset is important.

Now let me tell you that this does not always show you lack confidence, or let's say you are not prepared, or not a good mindset. I feel its I check myself. Like you know, you review your answer before submitting.

One last thing "It always seems impossible until it's done."

All the best ☺️

The 521 story: It hurt because it mattered.

It was not easy, it is not easy and it is not going to be easy. Hardwork, determination, sacrifice, etc... but still something went wrong. I was panicked a little, during my neet exam. I thought I would be running out of time and hurried a bit. Biology was easy but I don't know what went wrong with botany part. Zoology was very good. Chemistry was horrible but I still love organic chemistry. Physics was good but my energy was drained till I came this part. Still my score in physics is good comparably. After paper I was asked the go to question, "How was your paper?" To all other people I can lie but not to my parents specially my father. When he asked me I choked initially. But finally I said it was good. But I was very tried and uncertain at the same time. My inner self knew I was going to score above 500 but was worried a little. I hoped that my score would be closer to 600 or above at least 550. But you know always things don't go as plan. I checked through some an...

18 Things I learned in 18 years

🌸26/07/2023... so today is the day I turned 18. Nothing special but here I am sharing 18 things I learnt while I turned 18. This is not just for content but things I truly consider. Things that would stay with me forever. I have tried to elaborate to make myself clearer what deeply within I feel. 1. Self-doubt is greatest enemy  Doubting yourself is no good. It is disrespect to people who believe in you.   2. Teenage is terrible, yet the loveliest phase. In this phase you will feel you fit nowhere, hormonal changes, and what not. Yet you will enjoy every moment the most. This is the teenage life. ✨ The friendship you make in teenage, will always stay with you. 3. You alone don't have problems. Be it overthinking or failure or feeling of having stuck at some point. This is not just you, but everyone's life. Do not worry this phase will pass very soon. 🤞😇 4. You have generation gap with your parents. There will be times when you and your parents don't agree a...
